ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
On a windy morning in 1993 I was in my tux, on my way to a movie sideline gig and had just set my cello into the jump seat of my porsche when I looked up and saw the smoke. A wildfire was burning and coming down the mountain. I ended up in the swimming pool hiding underneath an inverted rowboat, fearing for my life. I had tossed everything I wanted saved into the pool; cellos, furniture, crossbow and art collection but it got so hot that the boat caught fire.

I had been a recording studio cellist in Hollywood and recorded with hundreds of artist; EarthWind&Fire, Stevie Wonder, Neil Diamond, Manilow but wow...I quit. It did not mean anything anymore and I spent a few years looking around for something to motivate me. Art seemed to wake me up and I soon found a way to mix art and music and began to perform in a manner that did mean something to me.

These cover songs are my favorites and I had a blast performing and jamming away to my hearts content.
