ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Here are some songs that have just the right beat for dancing a Limberjack! Audiences --young and old--are charmed and tickled when MaryLee brings them out to dance to a lively song. Included is the song: "The Ballad of Seth Davy" which has a lilt and a bit of sadness as it tells the story of a man who once played limberjacks as a street performer in Ireland and England.

MaryLee's limberjacks (ie, Jig Dolls, Clog Dolls, Dancing Dans...) are made by her husband in his garage/studio on the coast of California. There's a dog, a horse, a frog and a wildly fun dancing limberjack man--all made of oak wood--and for sale at her website.
