Beautiful, uplifting music
I first heard this music many years ago when I came to Florida and started studying yoga. I have a cassette tape of Sochai Soch with a copyright of 1990. Just listening to it puts me in a calm, relaxing mood almost immediately. I have hoped for years for this to become available. I assume it is the same. My cassette is titled Sochai Soc (Sochai Soch Na Hovee) by Matamandir Singh Khalsa & Friends from NM. Of course, as a musician, it was difficult not to harmonize with the music, insinstead of concentrating on the yoga, as I was supposed to be doing.
