The Silence

by Matteo Righetto

How many times we look for a moment of introspection, meditation or just relax.. This music shall be right for you. You'll find out my way of understanding reality. Every piece is mean, and it's part of the whole. This is my book, and it talks about life.

Album Notes
I'm a pianist. I compose my own music, together with other artists, or alone.
This is my first album: you'll hear me playing piano and all the other instruments as well, to create something different from everyday music.
Every song is a part of the whole, as a chapter in a book. But, differently from a book, every song can be thought as a tale, too, with its full meaning and ambience.
You can think about my music as something to listen to when you're driving someplace far, or relaxing on the sofa, or doing meditation in the soft light. I think about it as a part of me, of my character, of my nature, of my thought. It's me what you'll listen to, it's my life: you'll come to know when I was happy or sad, when I was lost in thought or just looking at my old photos, smiling.

I'd like to share my life with you. Hope you'll appreciate it.

Smart and relaxing, it's perfect for me coming back from work. A man's character is his fate is the one I prefer, actually, but the whole cd is surprisingly mature for such an unknown artist.
