Album Notes
Erin has been a highly sought after soloist in the Seattle New Thought scene for several years, and That Good Thing marks a long-anticipated recording debut. While her live church work spans an enormous range of styles, this freshman collection concentrates on her R&B, soul and jazz-influenced praise songs.
Erin's powerhouse vocals give contemporary New Thought worship a strong wake-up call. She sets the familiar themes of modern spirituality to the rhythms of 60's soul, lets a gentle latin vibe carry the message of faith and prayer. "Norah Jones meets Aretha Franklin and Carole King."

Give me more of THAT GOOD THING!
It is rare to find a CD on which you don't skip over at least one or two of the numbers, but with THAT GOOD THING, I loved every single song. It's uplifting and inspirational without the slightest hint of sanctimony. Give me more of THAT GOOD THING!

The grooviest spiritual music around...
This CD has won a permanent spot in my car's 6-CD changer! From the first time I played it, I loved every song, and by the second time through, I was singing right along to most of them. The tunes are catchy and diverse; the lyrics are healing, uplifting, and powerful. To get to hear Erin live at concerts and church services is always a treat, but to get to play her groovy songs whenever I want to now is an incredible blessing! This soulful music really does touch the soul. If you love "old school" R&B and a jazzy groove to your spiritual music, then you can't go wrong with "That Good Thing."

That good thing is spiritual oxygen when I need to
re-member or just enjoy the Beauty of every moment. It quenches my thirst and gets me singing with a smile. I heard it from a friend, bought and shared it with friends, gave it to another friend and purchased a new one for ME!! Whoohoo-share the Abundance!! Thank you, Erin!
