Album Notes
“Drifting Deeper” is the musical score created by San Francisco Bay area recording artist Michael Diamond for the clinically-based sleep program CD “Drifting Into Sleep”, produced and narrated by Dr. Kimeron Hardin, www.cdbaby.com/cd/drkimeronhardin. “Drifting Deeper” is music only, and does not contain Dr. Hardin’s narration.

“Drifting Deeper” is a continuous instrumental composition which provides a flow of gentle ocean waves and a subtle sonic tapestry that becomes slower and quieter as it evolves. This soundtrack was created – not as most music is, for “entertainment” – but to provide a peaceful background for drifting off to sleep. It may also be useful for deep relaxation or meditation. As with all music of this type, it should not be listened to while driving or doing any activity that requires focus and alertness.
Total time: 51:30

Michael has numerous CD’s and DVD soundtracks to his credit, including his album “Atlantis Rising”, with special guest Steven Halpern, which has garnered critical acclaim and international radio airplay, and was hailed as “one of the best new releases of the year” by cdbaby.

“Atlantis Rising” and his latest release, “Indigo Moon” are both a blend of dreamy atmospheric synthesizers and guitars, some with well-chilled contemporary grooves. Also available is “Chroma Zone”, which is a collection of ethereal, floating, deep space synth-scapes which Michael composed for the soundtrack of “Illumination 2” a DVD by award-winning film maker Ken Jenkins.
