Letting Go

by Melina Dulluku

'Letting Go' depicts the heart of a young woman who is willing to let go of the things of this world and instead tune into God and go even deeper, allowing Him to be the greatest part of our daily lives! This new track is full of rich, acoustic funk.

ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
"She is a vibrant, outgoing 24-year-old, an unknown Christian musician in Canada. Back in her home country of Albania, Melina Dulluku was one half of the famed duet, the Dulluku Sisters. In 1999, eleven-year-old Melina and her eight-year-old sister, Anita, won their nation’s youth talent search and began singing and touring throughout the country and in Europe. While her sister wasn’t used to it, notoriety was not new to Melina. She had been singing and performing concerts for a few years. She had even landed a lead role in a children’s movie. That was 13 years ago. Much has changed in Melina’s life since then." - Testimony Magazine 2012.

Following the recent release of her debut album 'Tuned', Melina has worked hard on this brand new single 'Letting Go'. A little different than her first album, this song is acoustically rich including instruments such as the squeeze box, upright bass, cajon, and heart-felt vocals. Although acoustically stripped down, 'Letting Go' is definitely groovy and full of funk.
