"Sheri Menelli's Breastfeeding Meditation is a must have!
Sheri developed her Breastfeeding Meditation for her mothers experiencing concerns over adequate milk productions.
However, a mother needn't wait for problems to develop to benefit from this CD. It is a wonderful gift to any mom-to-be that intends to breastfeed her baby and could help a mother avoid many of the problems that new mothers encounter.
Sheri's soothing voice helps mothers to relax deeply into a place where inner knowing resides. Sheri leads the listener to her own body wisdom and reminds the subconscious mind that as mothers, we know how to nurture out babies with our liquid love.
Practical advice is given while the mother is in a profound state of relaxation, ensuring that the body, mind, and soul have what's needed to succeed. The very act of daily deep relaxation is of benefit to expectant mothers, and after the birth, provides mom and baby with a beautiful accompaniment to that already blissful prolactin/oxytocin surge.
The meditations are short so it's easy to fit them into the day, and a nighttime relaxation allows mothers who might be experiencing trouble with their sleep to drift into a deep and restful slumber.
What a wonderful gift for the mother-to-be!"
