ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
A collection of traditional, contemporary and original Irish and Scottish Folk Music. These two previously released albums have been out of stock with CDBaby for a while and we are please to release them repackaged as a double CD.

'Harvest Moon' 1999
This album features four original songs from Men of Worth and covers written by Irish singer/song writer John Hoban and Scottish Poet Stuart Macgregor. Joining Men of Worth on this recording is renown fiddle player John Taylor. The last track features a unique arrangement of 'Nelson Mandella's Welcome to the City of Glasgow'.

'Live in Folsom' 1997
Men of Worth deliver Scottish and Irish folk music at it's best on this excellent live recording from the Folsom Community Centre. The 500 people at the show were ready from the start and so were Men of Worth. This CD captures the music, humour and harmonies of this amazing Celtic duo.

"Has a MUST have track for all US Scots & Scots descendents"

"Mermaid is Our favorite , The entire cd is AWESOME a must for anyone who needs a musical pick me up !"

"I really love this CD. The only two things I wasn't thrilled about were how short it is, and how little talking there is on it. One of the great parts of going to see a concert by Men of Worth is hearing them talk about the songs they're doing and what they mean. But the sound quality was very good (especially for a live recording) and the songs were beautiful."

"My favorite CD of all! I usually listen to the "long hairs," but this one sets my soul afloat and my foot atappin'! I love it!"
