ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Stormy Nights is a concept album with a journey. Everyone experiences a time in their lives when, no matter how hard you try, everything feels just a little bit off. This period of time is often marked by both good and bad moments, but on the whole there is no comfort in being in your own skin or your own particular situation. This is an album that speaks to those having the time of their lives in a world full of uncertainty and change.

The album explores many facets of the individual: what makes us happy, what frustrates and angers us, what we fear, what gives us strength and drive, and what it means to know oneself. Personal experiences inspire much of the songwriting, but the feelings and exploration are universal. Everyone has fears, everyone has doubts. Everyone falls in love. Everyone experiences change. And everyone must weather a storm or two.

But when the rain finally ends and the clouds roll away, have we ourselves moved, grown, or changed? This is what we strive to learn in our Stormy Nights.
