Album Notes
American born of Irish descent, Mick Wolf grew up in the Willamette Valley listening to the Hillbilly music performed by his Mother and the Irish Ballads favored by his Father\'s clan.
Mick\'s Grandmother\'s fervent belief in superstition and great love for the works of Poe led to his early interest in Witchcraft. Mick is currently a Solitary Practitioner.
At age 13 a young Wolf picked up his first guitar and began to blend his love for the music of the day with the indelible imprint of his musical heritage.
Fronting such bands as The Dustbowl Drifters, Sleepy Hollow String Band, Longrider, The Mighty Sparrows and most recently Pyewackett, Mick has played throughout the Northwest. From the smoky barroom to the well lit college campus, from the festival to the coffee house and back.
Mick\'s most recent performance was at the Horse Brass Pub\'s
30th Anniversary Party in Portland, Oregon.

This is a Jewel
Normally 5 stars are for Sgt Pepper or Disraeli Gears etc but this gem from an artist who is not famous is wonderful. Recieved as a gift it was played on this pc, then ripped and listened to over and over. I could say a cross between Enya and Greensleeves? Woodsy elvish folk? Do you like folk and Enya? Try this on either Sat night with the lights out or Sun morn with the paper.
