ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
There are only very few European string ensembles, that are able to improvise and groove like wind instrumentalists do in Jazz. Alternative Strings Trio is defenitly one of them - their interpretations of Great American Songbook tunes and ethnic music renews the old songs and is a lot of fun to listen to! Amazing: The three string players phrase and groove in the manner of great jazz musicians: a slice of Grappelli, a bow to Seifert!
