Album Notes
Hailing from Mt. Vernon, WA this Two-piece rock act is making some serious waves and some serious music. Lead singer and guitarist Marcus Nevitt and Drummer Sam Hutchens form a high energy full sound that rarely comes from a two piece. Combining Garage Rock, Blues, Indie and never being afraid to experiment with their sound they have been compaired to The Black Keys, Death From Above 1979 and The White Stripes. They sound good on recordings but there live performance is what its all about.

“I was a huge fan of the EP… and what I’ve heard of the new album so far is even more incredible, these guys really know how to get shit done.” Taylor Scaggs, What’s Up! Magazine, December 2007

“The results are in. Your new album is incredible!” Eric Sturgeon, The Lonely Forest

"I followed up by tracking down their streaming recordings on MySpace and playing "Live Long and Prosper" on repeat for about an hour. I was hooked on my new favorite local band." Justine-Marie,

"It's easy to see why the Mission Orange's live performances are often jaw-droppers. Marcus and Sam are like a lit bomb fuse when they play, they just keep getting closer and closer to exploding." Kaleb Gubernick, Whats Up! Magazine, July 2007

Well I just think you're swell. I love how big your sound is.
