ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
MODERATE PACE is a legend in the German Southern Rock scene - in all of the 10 tracks on their new album "Holy Shit" they celebrate a very US-relied sound, whose Blues-, Boogie- and Soul elements are accompanied by a hard and crushing Southern and Westcoast Rock-foundation. In this way "Holy Shit" comes along very direct and ethnic - but thanks to the massive production of the renowned sound engineer Martin Meinschäfer (eg Henrik Freischlader Band) it is very differentiated and fresh! Massive Retro-Rock-guitars, the pumping bass, the solid drumgroove and the rough-soul vocals from singer and bandleader Butcher give you a warm Southern feeling - the album tittle keeps its promise!
