ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Described by Q as “Spacious instrumental grandeur” and Kerrang as “Achingly beautiful landscapes of sound swathed in white noise, Moly’s debut album Your Life is in Danger was released in 2002 following their notorious SXSW appearance where bassist Mark narrowly escaped a night in jail for destroying a dysfunctional amp. While their song Me And Lucifer was featured on The Radio One Blue Room album alongside The Flaming Lips, My Morning Jacket and The Polyphonic Spree as well as charting on a number of US College Radio stations.

Moly play brooding instrumentals interweaving layers of guitars and keyboards with eerie spacey drones, to create densely textured soundscapes crescendoing into blistering bursts of explosive white noise.
