ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The CD " Look at me" is a collaboration between two artist Gisella Monclova and Jeff Snyder. One morning I (Gisella) heard this beautiful melody, I rushed to the piano and wrote the music and lyrics. I needed I pianist to help me bring this to completion. I called Jeff and we agreed on working together on this song. As we worked together we started to get to know each other better and became friends. Little by little I got all seven songs. I kept asking Jeff to help. One day he showed up at my house almost in tears. He had written his first piece. We were so happy. As he was playing his song words started coming to me and that is how we wrote Bliss. Jeff got so excited with his experience that he went home and wrote to more piano pieces " Surrender " and " Air" . We performed all our songs at a local church and we were happy to see how much the congregation enjoyed our music. We were constantly asked to make a CD and so we did. Our music has strong lyrics and creative arrangements. Our purpose is to bring a positive and inspirational message. We enjoy making songs that have a theatrical approach. This is our first project together. We wanted to make it as real and organic as possible so we decided to recorded live. We got a group of incredible musicians and backup singers. We had so much fun making music together. What you are going to hear is exactly what we recorded live. We are so grateful for the opportunity to bring to you our message, melodies, heart and soul! Enjoy it!!!!

Beautifully produced and sung
Jeff Snyder sent me this CD and asked me to take a listen. I get a lot of CD's, so it took me a while to get to it. One night, on my drive home, I finally popped it into my car CD player, and from the first note was amazed at how excellent the production was. The arrangements are lush and subtle and they beautifully caress and support Gisella's lovely voice. The songs are tender and movingly sung, and the instrumentals go a long way toward sustaining the mood. A first rate piece of work and a lovely listen.

You Ought To See Them Live
Last weekend Gisella and Jeff shared their incredible talents and consciousness at Unity of Fort Myers. It was moving and fun. One person said, "Don't invite them back. If you do, I will be a puddle." They moved and thrilled us. You ought to see and hear them live.
