Intoxicating. Engaging. Irresistible... "Brasilissima", is the new, all-original album by Brazilian/American singer/songwriter and producer, Monica da Silva. Featuring songs in English and Portuguese, her latest work is a throwback to the Bossa Nova days of Astrud Gilberto, with plenty of modern elements and edge. "Brasilissima" is a very dynamic, diverse album, that takes you on a journey. Most of the songs on the CD were written by Monica da Silva and Chad Alger, and were produced by Chad Alger and Bruce Driscoll (Blondfire, Brookville, King of Nowhere).
