ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The Mothers Anger started as a two piece band from Tel Aviv, relocated to New York City, then to the van (literally), to the San Francisco bay area, then back to the van and now it's a three piece from Texas consisting of drummer, percussionist, and guitarist that do the Charlie Hunter bass+guitar thing.

We've Recorded two official albums; One simply called "The Mothers Anger" released nationally on Dionysus Records that hooked us with the bassist of legendary Detroit punk band MC5 Mike Davis to produce the album. He ended up joining us on a track and played a show with us.
Then there's 'Sniper', which started with Jack Endino, who produced Nirvana's Bleach album which changed our lives, came out to see us live in Seattle and offered to get us into the studio immediately. Of course we couldn't reject his invitation...

Me

buy this album
you won't be disappointed from this cd. It takes time to get use to it but when you do you become one with it. i haven't had enough so I came to recommend it.

Angst is there, but with the talent behind it
This definitely is not your parent’s hard rock, but thankfully I believe it will not be our children’s either (which I predict to be much worse).

Why? That is because Mother’s Anger has a good ability to meld unlike many new bands. Whether that be between instruments and vocals, or just soft and hard the band has that blended quality too it.  That does not mean that the album is a run-of-the-mill and meant to satiate everyone’s appetites, but this is one of the first hard rock CD’s in a while that has been, well not full of music-less shouting. Instead of which, Mother's Anger decided to go with, more of a rarity really, music quality.

“Do you know who you are” they ask?  Sure, this CD will not redefine you as a person, I don’t believe, but it is definitely a good grab.

This cd is a Killer!! grabs you from the very first second all the way to the "Mother's Anger" song. The sound of this album is just graet and the cool package makes it a really good grab. 5
