Album Notes
Growing up in small town Texas, Monte Peck had a wide range of activities available to him. He could play sports, drink beer, or get pick-ups stuck in the mud. Once the inevitible high school football injury side-lined him, he taught himself how to play guitar and hasn't looked back since.

THE BREAKDOWN, Peck's self-financed/self-produced freshman opus, is full of many styles and sounds; an inspired rendering of his truly eclectic influences. While Peck performed most of the music on this particular record, he has since brought together a group of musicians that we will definitely hear much more about in the future... THE HANYAKS! In the meantime, just relax and chow down on some of the most "intelligent post-modern pop/grunge" you've ever heard.
