ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
"Bleed For Me" started as a challenge between band members Daysmel Muniz, Roland Cruces and Anthony Pedroza to write a song for Jessical Slagel while in Brooklyn NY. On the spot with a twangy Em Anthony sang "some will die... why do you bleed you bleed for me" referencing Slagels interest in the show True Blood. Several days later the song was penned more closely to character Russell Edgington and during August 2012 before Mr. Moonshine was formed the song was born.

Mr. Moonshine featured "bleed for me" at Clancy's in Long Beach Ca in October during Zombie walk, featuring Jessica.
The band let the song rest for several months before they were approached by Jacyln Chessen to have it featured in a Monster flick called "Shock Attack" starring band member Andrew Pedroza. This song then went into another transformation using direct lines from the movie in the bridge, and electrifying Mr Moonshines sound with static synths and screaming guitars. Keep an eye out for "Shock Attack" which will be released world wide in 2013.
Death by electric eel has never sounded so good.
