THE MSD QUINTET is a contemporary jazz ensemble that has been together for 3 years, influenced by the YELLOWJACKETS, THE PAT METHENY GROUP, WEATHER REPORT, MILES DAVIS, HERBIE HANCOCK, and a host of other jazz greats.
DRIVEN is the first recording of MSDQ, and it brings together a compilation of musical ideas created during the ensemble’s existence.
