ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Sleep Well was an album written, composed, and recorded by Muddy Plots over the course of about three months. The album bring to light the fear, and uncertainty, as well the joy, and fulfillment that we find in love. Muddy Plots explores the ups and the downs of life, the angst of monotonous day to day life, the hopes and dreams of the plans made for the future, and the ever present fact that those hopes may not pan out. Muddy Plots brings an honesty to music that is rarely achieved, using his girlfriend's voicemails as intros to songs. The album covers nearly all human emotion, save anger, however an angel punk rock tune doesn't seem to be his style. All in all, it's a fabulous listen from beginning to end, allowing you, for 32 minutes, to get lost in someone else's life, and problems, and hopes, and successes. Enjoy it.
