ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The first EP by Mugga, released December 3rd, 2011.

Mugga is a rock band originally formed in 2006 in Madrid, Spain, by Antón Serrats (Bass), Pocho (Drums), and Fernando Furones (Guitar). However, in 2011 Pedro del Corro (Guitar, Synth), and Heras (Vocals) joined the band.

It is not like anything you have heard before, it is impossible to fit in any particular style. Every member has very different influences, that when brought together create the band's unique sound.

Stylistically talking, there are grooves and slapped bass that bring on the funk. There are delays and reverbs from post-rock. Instrumental sections and eternal solos that evoke the 70's psychedelic rock. Percussion inspired by latin music, pedals, synths, loops, and atonality that comes from experimental music.

Mugga is all that brought together with tons of energy and mind blowing live shows.

And jam. Mugga is a band that loves jamming live and on rehearsals, and let the music flow without following any established rule.
