Album Notes
The recording process and equipment used is very important to Multiplex. Founder A-Drive (aka Andy Tolley of Alpha Channel, Airport 81, Gamma Gamma) utilizes vintage analog synthesizers and drum machines to help create a sound reminiscent of 1979-81. Vocalist Erica Putis brings an amazing presence to the songs. If you are a fan of Ultravox, Telex, early OMD, New Order and Kraftwerk you will enjoy this throwback album. Equipment used in the production:

Analog synthesizers: Moog Minimoog, Roland VP-330, Hillwood Blue Comets 73, Roland SH2, Synare PS2, Korg PE-1000, Korg 900PS, Moog Prodigy, Farfisa Syntorchestra

Drum Machines: Electro-Harmonix DRM-15, Univox SR-55, Synsonics, Simmons pads

Tape Machine: Tascam 70 1/2" 4-track (1973), 3M M79 4-track 1/2"

Engineered by A-Drive 2012 at the Private Arcade in San Diego, CA
