ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The voice and songwriter of the successful indie music act Five Times August returns with a brand new sound on this debut EP from Music By Bradley James. Produced with Rob Arthur (keyboardist for Peter Frampton), this sweet bundle of tunes is laced throughout with beautiful orchestral arrangements, soulful group vocals, catchy trumpets and flugelhorn, deep upright bass, and a few bluesy electric guitar solos tossed in for good measure. Here you will find the classic influences of Nat King Cole, Etta James, and Sam Cooke fused inside a young modern songwriter. Though he's already drawing comparisons to the likes of Adele and Norah Jones, Bradley's approach and soundscape on "Where Did I Go?" is more likely to excite listeners who've grown weary of current trends on the radio. This is music for people who still buy records, who close their eyes to listen to a song, who are in search of something different and something honest. The best part? This is only the beginning for Music By Bradley James. So, put on those big headphones, turn it up, soak it in, and tune out.

Where Did I Go?
He went right into my car's cd player, that's where he went.
This cd has been playing on a near constant loop since I got it on December 23, 2012 as one of many perks of being a part of the Pledge Music campaign to get this cd made. Bradley and everyone involved worked really hard to get this music made for everyone to enjoy. Please buy your copy of WHERE DID I GO? today. You won't regret it. It is well worth the money spent.
The music is beautiful and smooth. I can't really put to words anything that will do this music justice. It's just really great music that you can listen to over and over and never tire of it. Fans of Five Times August will love this side project.

His music just keeps getting better.
Bradley James is a hugely talented man. His new album "Where Did Bradley James Go" is sensational. I also love his music as "Five Times August" . So glad I have found this artist. You will be too.
