ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
inspired by a wide variety of musical sources, ranging from Sam Cooke to Silver Jews, Aj Pyatak carefully crafts his fourth official Gannon release with care and love. "Oh Look, it's Morning Again" is a rock record that ties its tracks together in the concept of balance and cycles. We start the album as we start our day, ready to be excited, ready to be frustrated, or regretting our lack of sleep. As we continue we face inevitable challenges and surprises, and in the end we retire just to start it all over again. This is what the album is about, the daily cycle that perpetuates itself until it doesn't. With generous help from talented guest musicians Beth Pyatak, Jim Diotte (of Between The Pine) and Bryan Tysinger, "Oh Look, it's Morning Again" will deliver an eclectic mix of styles that will take you from nintendo noise rock to unplugged psychedelic soul and back.
