Recording a Christmas album during late Spring made everyone breathe in the Holiday spirit all through summer. With arrangers from Los Angeles to Vegas to New Jersey, everyone was on the same sleigh ride. "JUST IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS" not only had to be on time, but it had to be different.
Broadway's Natalie Toro and her team focused on how to make a Holiday album just different enough for the listener to enjoy the songs they already know yet find the honesty and purity though Natalie's voice that have made her audiences come back for more. Included are two duets with two International guest stars.
To hear one of the most famous Christmas Songs, "Baby, It's Cold Outside" with a Celtic flair had everyone excited for the world to hear. In fact, it was so thrilling that the Toro Team decided to shoot a music video to accompany the release. Ryan Kelly's beautiful voice, compliments Natalie's style to make this song a new world favorite.
Grammy Winner, Jon Secada, joined Natalie with his genius "pop" sound that made their new duet, "I'll Be Home For Christmas", one that everyone will remember.
Ireland's award winning Phil Coulter, composer and original Music Director to Celtic Thunder gave Natalie an original Christmas tune called, "Our First Christmas Together". Another track, "Once Upon a Christmas Song", written by Peter Kay, was number five on the UK charts. Natalie's new arrangement introduces children into this witty and fun tune. Natalie soars with her vocals on two classic Christmas songs, "Ave Maria" and "O'Holy Night" that were arranged as one magnificent symphonic sound recording. She also brings a New Age flair to probably the most famous Christmas song of all time, "The Christmas Song".
All in all, there is something for everyone on this album.
With Christmas only coming once a year, it's time for an eclectic holiday collection featuring classic holiday favorites, new songs and duets. What's on your playlist?
