ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
NJOROGE NGARI (Uncle Lesles) was born in Kenya. After school he joined Super Wanyika Stars and later joined the Gatanga boys where they released a number of hits together. Later he formed the Mukarara Les Les which recorded very popular songs in Kiswahili. They are all available on CDs and you can order them online. During the Nairobi Bombing of the U S Embassy tragedy he released a song to console the victims and to condemn the acts of terror. He also condemns tribal clashes in the Rift valley Molo, Laikipia, Ng'arua, and also Bombolulu tragedy where many girls lost their lives. Most of Njoroge Ngari songs have inspired many people, as he has always been concerned about the young generation and what people need to know about politics. However, he is not a politician but he has love for his Country and the whole world. During the tragedy of St Kizito, he released a song, which KBC Radio station played on several occassions after News Jooni Wananchi tushikane Pamoja that even the Former President said was a patriotic song, before ther politicians started translating another song KIRUMI KIA BABA in Kikuyu language, meaning( a curse from our Father) to the President as meaning ,the curse from the Late former President .This song became very popular because of the situation in that time ,it was when people were fighting for the multy party. Kenneth Matiba and Charles Rubia were detained without trial, Prof.Wangari Maathai was demonstrating with other women of Kenya oppossing the government not to build the proposed tallest building at Uhuru park. The police started harassing, arresting and releasing him, any time any where, some accusing him him of having trained in Libya to come and overthrow the government of Daniel Arap MOI because he was not from his tribe, Njoroge Ngari had to leave to USA The government took his family land changed the Title deed of the Land to another person , without their knowledge to make his family homeless
All his music is available and you can order online. Any concerns or comments, do not hesitate to write an email. Appreciation goes to all radio stations and DJs throughout Africa for playing my songs on air. Thanks to all music sellers for your good comments, to all my fellow musicians, and mostly to all of my fans in Kenya, Africa and around the world, thanks for your support . I performs for charity, non profit and church organizations. If you have any events all over the word, Africa, USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Japan or Australia, for other Musicians who wish to join me send me an email.
