ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
My debut CD, Red Dirt Redemption, is a tribute to the soulful artistry of red dirt road house blues. The groove that drives. The story that tells. The interpretation that needs no explanation. You just FEEL it. That is red dirt soul.

I began working on this project upon returning home from eight years in Mississippi. I both cherish and regret those years. I had the opportunity to see, meet, and even play with some of my heros, in iconic venues, but I missed home so very bad and was too proud to admit it to myself.
