Album Notes
The concept of this song was spawned by the Reality Star epidemic. All the money and attention that Reality Stars like Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton (although she would have been just fine without Reality TV), Snookie, J-Wow, the Real Housewives of (Fill in the blank), and Honey Boo Boo means absolutely nothing in comparison to the women that we see working hard to support their family everyday. The song speaks for itself, but hardly anyone in the hip hop industry speaks for the women anymore. The powers at be don't see respecting women as an efficient way to make money, which is their one and only true concern. While I have executive control over the type of music that I make, and the concepts that I choose to take on, ideals will be approached with the respect that they deserve, and not affected by the money we stand to make.
