ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
released 18 April 2009
(bonus track released 17 april 2010)
Recorded at home, Amsterdam
Mastered by Michel Vermeulen at Studio peggy51
Graphic design by Café Correct

When I turned 30 (in 2009..) I celebrated this memorable event by making a selection out of all the music I recorded at home over the last years, put it on a CD and called it The Roaring Twenties. Somewhere I read:

"The decade is often seen as a period of great contradiction: of rising optimism and deadening cynicism, of increasing and decreasing faith, of great hope and great despair. And the decade of bathtub gin."
