Their First Album
This is The North Idaho Hat Band's first album released in 2010. It is all-instrumental and comprised of twelve songs--both traditional bluegrass and gospel and one original song written by Alex. The arrangements are all firstclass and the performances just tremendous. The band members are Christopher (17 - banjo and guitar), Alex (17 - guitar, harmonica and fiddle) and Matthew (12 - fiddle extraordinaire). Each song is meticulously and professionally played by these young men from beginning note to last.

Before I heard this album, I would only occasionally listen to bluegrass. Now I am forever hooked on this genre of music. There are many, many talented musicians "out there" playing bluegrass--and I appreciate them all--but The North Idaho Hat Band's recordings and performances are simply-said: The Best!
