Broken Story

by Omnemo

The music is a blend of electronic percussion instruments with various instrumental and synthesized sounds. A mixture of jazzy tunes, mellow breakbeats, and tweaked out synthesizer samples. That is what this album closely resembles, enjoy.

ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Hello, my name is Raymond Park, a high school senior at my school in Sacramento, California, and this is my senior project. The senior project requires for a person to go beyond their expectations in producing a product that will aid in some part of the community. For my project, I decided on making a music album.

How does a music album relate to helping the community?

Well, I believe that the world of music is changing at a rapid rate. Music is now intertwined with modern technology that far surpasses the traditional recording and performing of the past. The reason I am making this album is to try to aid in that connection between the musical and technological world. Since of course it would take months and years of work to do something like that (and since I only had about two months to finish this project), I decided to work in a smaller community; my high school's music department.

I hope that my album can be a profound example for all young musicians out there who have no knowledge in music theory or who have talent but have no means in expressing it. An education of music that incorporates today's audio technology is something that every musician should deserve and that is the reason for the production of this album. The profit made will go to my high school's music department in the hopes of purchasing new equipment for future students on their journey through the modern age of music. I am sorry that I cannot extend my project's outreach to bigger music and education corporations, but my decisions were made final on paper and I could not go back and change them.

Thank you, and enjoy...

This is a wonderful trip to heaven.
I have found this CD very encouraging to the spirit. This is truly a CD that takes on to another world, where life can seem not important for a time and then show you for who you really are. I praise Jesus Christ for a Christian artist like this. Ray you did a wonderful job on this ablum it truly is, "Holy Spirit" inspired. Keep up the producing.

Wonderful Musical Journey!
Omnemo: Broken Story is a wonderful album that has broad appeal draying from many different forms of music for inspiration. This is an ideal album to sit back and listen to and if you meditate to the music, you can almost see the story evolve in front of your eyes. Wandering Wings is a wonderful opening track and sets your mind on the journey that ends at Remnants of Retrograde. Hopefully, this won't be the last we hear from Omnemo
