Album Notes

OLR was born Lappdog in 1998 by vocalist/guitarist Cris Brown and bassist Jerome Hubble. Eventually, Kevin Scott would find a permanent seat behind the drums allowing the band to create the first of the Lappdog recordings. After years of touring and establishing a solid fanbase, the decision for a name change was pertinent to reflect both their present musical maturity and evolving sound. Lappdog became One Less Reason in 2002.

Later that year, the Tennessee based band entered the studio with producer Rick Beato (Shinedown, Endo) and recorded a 4 song demo that gained attention from radio and record labels alike. In 2003 One Less Reason signed with Universal Records and soon hit the air waves with their first single, "Favorite Color," which debuted #3 in the nation for rock radio ads during its first week's release. Due to conflicting interests in late 2004, OLR split from Universal and is on the lookout for a new home.

With the release of their new cd, "Everday Life", the first run of which almost sold out in pre-orders alone, One Less Reason is sure to put a huge dent in the music scene once again with their soulfull, hard edge rock's only a matter of time.

Frickin Awesome!!
Awesome CD... didn't want it to stop playin. Awesome musicians and great a great voice leading the way! Suprised they're not a household name.

It was a total nonstop rock cd it is a mixture of Nickelback and Hinder and it's worth getting.

This is a very solid album. The entire album rocks, but favorite color and all that I know are my favorites.

I Love this Band And The fans they call Family!!
This band is the change everyone sees comming! No skipping songs on this CD! When you buy this CD, you not only get Freaking Great music, But you also become part of the ever Growing OLR Family!!!

Everyone Can Relate
I downloaded several of the songs and loved them. I am in a band in South Georgia and I just love listening to rock music with meaning. OLR uses true problems and anyone can relate to them. I just went and found both cds and they are well worth the money. I have introduced all of my friends to OLR and they love it!!!!!!!!!!!
