Great Influences
Great job! Tastfully written original material, we need more music created these days like this, I enjoyed al of it and no critisizm here, very nice stuff. Noted...Grant obviously strong on the drums (great player) and Russ's writing and guitar work is nothing short of top shelf stuff, very enjoyable music, thanks guys

musically poetic
An eclectic rock-and-then-some release from incredibly talented musicians - at times dated, but always poetic. Drummer Grant Walthall is an undeniable monster. Russell Golub (lead guitar, vocals) captivates. Holiday in Vienna, my personal favorite, matures from a Satriani-esque tribute into it's own masterful, penetrating journey. Listen well - there's poetry here for everyone.

Held Captive
Great music holds you captive, makes you sit up and pay attention and envelopes you in a zen like state of focus, wrapping you in its essence. This album does all that. The best.

A new spin on classic rock
Really like the classic rock sounds of this album! Great mix of songs but all have that classic vibe. Love the guitar.

outside world
No doubt , a great rock album with good groove and really "fresh" guitar licks , i particularly liked "Hands around my heart", which has all the numbers to be a hit, the kind of song that after you listen to few times you wake up with it in your head, "electric vision" and "Night in Vienna" , fusion at its best.

Rock 'n fusion 'n groove
Maybe I'm one of the few jazzers who likes rock. And OUTSIDE WORLD is a big LIKE for me. Excellent production highlights killer guitar and vocal tracks with a taste of melodic pop thrown into the mix. And there is a undeniable groove throughout all the songs. I will definitely recommend this cd to my friends. Great job!

Great Classical Rock brought to the present
I was impressed with the sound and especially the guitar and drums.. The lyrics were beautiful and soulful. Definitely worth a listen. You will not regret it.

A Salute to Classic Rock
A salute to the sounds of classic rock, The Space Beyond Boundaries ties together an eclectic mix of overdriven guitars, powerful lyrics, and heartfelt melodies. But the group really shines in their instrumentals: Electric Vision and Holiday in Vienna, my personal favorites from the album. Highly recommended!

Pleasing
Not being a professional musician I can only judge music by what is pleasing to listen to and this album is just that. Pleasing to listen to! Knowing a little of the background behind the "A Gentle Whisper" single I must say that I get that lump in the back of the throat when I hear this song. Another favorite is "Holiday In Vienna". I think instrumentally it's wonderful. Great job on the whole album. This CD will be in the car wherever I go.
