Awesome Beat!
This is CD is one of the best I have found for my modern dance classes. Sometimes I even use it in lyrical for a different spin on things.

It was just what needed for my class. A wonderful musical journey.
It was just what needed for my class. I teach dance at a university and finding the right music to connect with, dance to and that helps motivate your class isn't easy. Palms Down was perfect for all the above. A wonderful musical journey.

Excellent CD
When I started playing it for the first time, I started dancing and didn't realize I had danced to the whole CD until it stopped playing. The beats just kept me going like the Energizer Bunny. Because there are different tempos(slow, moderate and fast), I didn't get exhausted and it has improved my stamina.

Great CD for Movement Classes!
I bought this CD to use for dance and exercise classes and it is great for both. But I have also found that I like just listening to it.

Great music for teaching dance class. Wish the songs flowed more toward the pace of an actual class: slow to fast to slow. However, Music is still useful.
