A rare lyrical talent from the South speaks the real over unorthodoxed hard and jazzy oriented production. Features the ALCWooD Ryderz. Definitely one of a kind & A sure BANGER.

ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The gift of spittin rhymes and producing instrumental patterns to hypnotize listeners was innate for P-Dash. At an early age he adopted a fond interest for music and in the process discovered his own talent. Straight from the Alcolu, S.C. backwoods, this young, yet seasoned MC is on a mission to not only strenghthen the respect of southern MCs in the rap game today but most of all to put South Carolina on the map with a heavy hitter. The initial effort "P-Dash Da Yungstar" only displays potential and not the peak of his skills as a artist and producer. Definite potential to be the next big thing in not only rap but music in general.

From top to bottom Da Yungstar is a really nicely put together LP. From start to finish dude hits 'em over the head with more verbal than the S.A.T. Takeover, Carolina Luv, Hide Your Gunz, Light it Up,Through the Storm, and Yall Can't F#$% Wit us are the tightest joints on the album. But there ain't no weak tracks on the LP. This one the few CD you can put in and let it ride throughtout the whole CD, but I would really like to hear more from P-Dash and his Alcwood family. I don't want to forget this and dude did all his tracks!!!!! THAT'S CRAZY

C.J. Star

The hottest album out.
This is C.J. the young producer. My nigga P.Dash got the hottest album out. The hottest of south cak representin Alcwood. The album can go platnium.
If you a real fan of rap then you should pick this up.

Who is this P-Dash kat? Dis dude's album is fire.
Yeah, this is Phiney from da GA. All B.S. aside, out of all them kats reppin' da South, dis dude can no doubt hang wit em. I bought the album almost two months ago and it still gets much play. Damn near every track is a banger. If this kat doesn't put S.C. on the map I don't know who will. That "Sexual Healing" is insane! Hey, somebody sign this guy!!!

Lyrical Genius
I found this CD while researching unknown artist from my home state of SC. I ran across this track called, “Carolina Luv,” downloaded it and was hooked. I looked all over for the CD, finally found it online at CD Baby. Seriously, to be totally independent this album holds it’s on, lyrically, melodically, the beats are original, the whole album is solid. I love the fact that its not ‘cookie-cutter’ dirty south rap, it’s breathes new life into hip hop and I am VERY impressed. I’m glad to have such raw undiscovered talent coming out of SC, and I think with the guidance of someone who has already had success in the game, P-Dash will find himself at the top. The talent is there, he just needs the funds and promotion. I wish him and his Alcwood family much success in the future.

Black Truth

I gonna give it to ya St8
For a independent release and doin all the production, vocals and etc himself. This shit is impressive, but to be honest the other reviews are just to far fetch. I think with some senior mentorship by someone who been in the game and has been successful to guide this apparent raw talent i really think he can blow up. In my opinion the album is good for what it is and that is inexperience with growth he could become one of the best.
