Two thirds of the way from Stockholm to Gothenburg in Sweden is the area where Peo Pettersson grew up and still lives. Able to play a variety of instruments (Guitar, Bass, Keyboards, Drums, Harmonica, Mandolin) as well as being a great singer, programmer, arranger and producer, music has been a part of Peo's life for many years. Surrounded by beautiful Swedish countryside and a musical family, Peo graduated to his own recording studio at the age of 15, located in an old fort.
The man behind the face was recorded in 1997 in his own studio and he produced the album by himself together with his friend and songwriting partner Rod West from Australia. Peo met Rod when he was on Tour in Australia 1988 and they turned out to be the best of friends and have been working together since then!
There are many people playing on the album and most of them are friends and session musicans from Sweden.
During the 80's Peo produced and recorded over 100 albums!
