ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Originally a collection of songs, As Always was presented as a semi-staged theatrical production at San Francisco’s Eureka Theater, with music described as “beautiful” and “operatic” by the San Francisco Examiner. These recordings present the theatrical versions of the songs, some of which were altered for narrative effect. Original song versions can be found in the sheet music. Economically scored for piano, cello, and baritone, tenor, and alto voice, selections are viable for musical theatre, recital, or concert performance.
