ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The 2012 Portland Highland Games Professional Piobaireachd Competition's first 4 prize winners are James P Troy, Victoria, Canada, 1st place; Colin Lee, Vancouver, Canada, 2nd place; Jori Chisholm, Seattle, Washington, 3rd place; and Andrew Bonar, Vancouver, Canada, 4th place. The piobaireachd tunes are popular competition tunes with haunting and magical sound, quite different from the usual marches and dance music in light music competitions.
