The music of composer and multi-instrumentalist Steve Kornicki has been heard in film, on television and radio, and in art exhibitions and installations across the U.S. He has composed music for classical ensembles and orchestras and has had these works performed and recorded. He imbues his production music for media with textural colors and subtleties by using a variety of instruments and custom created sounds. His custom sound design includes manipulated orchestral and instrumental timbres from recordings of his compositions for classical ensembles. These natural sounding instruments are processed through electronic transformations to produce his trademark sound textures.
Composer, percussionist and sound designer Kevin Kornicki’s music has been heard on television, radio, and in theatrical productions. In addition to contributing solo tracks to TuneInHere, he co-composes with brother Steve Kornicki and performs many of the drum and percussion parts. His use of found object percussion is a unique addition to Tuneinhere’s repertoire. He is percussionist and co-composer with the performance art group Squonk Opera and has appeared on Broadway, NBC’S America’s Got Talent, and in theatrical productions across the world including the U.S., South Korea, Belgium, and Scotland.
