ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Panakotta

This Album is based on super fat funky bass grooves, catchy Motives and Roller Coaster rides of unison Horn section lines up and down and vise versa ....
The Soloists would provide a hight of creative spontaneity while merging the boundaries between Funk and Jazz to add a more Fusion like character.
Three tunes of extremely high intensity and energy should keep you on your feet only to be calmed down be the last track which happens to be a Joao Gilberto and Stan Getz like Bossa Nova.

Panakotta is a four track Debut Album by René Mayr.

Enjoy !!

Panakotta
Great tunes, and some really tasty bass playing. Rene is a guy to watch out for. If this is anything to go by his first full length album will be worth waiting for. And some great blowing from the other guys too - especially the fantastic fusion guitar solo on Panakotta. Well worth 9 bucks to check out these hot new guys on the London jazz scene.
