ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
‘Bounce At The Devil’ represents an evolution in sound for the Loose with more of a dance feel than previous albums. The band spent most of 2009 going back and forth to the US playing sold out shows on both coasts. It was during these tours the band began listening to Baltimore Dance music and in early 2010 they enlisted the services of Steve Wright at Wrightway Studios in Baltimore.
Having recorded many of the artists the Loose were listening to at that time, Steve finished working on the new UNKLE album and cleared the decks for the Loose.
The finished album is a fusion of pop, rock, funk, soul, r'n'b and electro beats.

"a devilishly, decadently, defiantly great album" Hotpress

"tangled up in banging electro-laced club tunes" The Irish Times

"an enormous artistic leap" The Sun

"a throbbing, dirty, bounce-heavy sound that wipes the floor with the toe-curling crooners and pop tarts that are clogging up the Irish airwaves" The Mirror
