ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
"Raw" is the word with this independently released album, titled
“Ready or Not…”, from Denver's rock group Rightfully Accused. Raw in a
refreshing, honest, inspiring, intimate, and real way. From the first
power chords and soaring harmonies of “Hit You With My Love”, to the
screaming guitar solo in “Turn Back” the band delivers an onslaught of
dirty, guitar driven original rock. The group describes the album as
being “The summary of an era, as well as a peek into the future.”
Referring both to well received songs the band has been playing to
audiences in Denver for years such as “Love Finds You”, and “Too Late”
along with a decidedly different group of songs such as the heavier,
more rhythmic, “Answers” and the edgier, “No Resolution”. “We really
wanted to give the die hard fans who’ve been with us for years a good
recording they could take home and listen to while also moving forward
and leaning into the sound you’ll hear in our upcoming releases.” says
frontman Sean Murray.
With an obvious affection for 80’s melodic rock combined with the
almost unavoidable nuances of today’s rock sound, “Ready or Not…”
delivers a fresh perspective for rock fans as young as 12 and as old
as the first Van Halen fans in1978! Catchy hooks, blazing guitar
solos, and an exciting look at the bands future simply have us all
saying… READY!

"I liked the variety of different styles and rhythms that are found on Rightfully Accused’s Ready or Not… that keeps the music from being a one-note affair."

"Sean Murray delivers with powerful vocals that take command, be it loud and rocking or melodic and soft."
