Album Notes
Round Mountain Girls are based in the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales on the east coast of Australia. Perhaps it's something in the water, or the beauty of the countryside. Maybe it's the 3 Australians, 1 Kiwi, o1 Englishman combination. Or maybe it's just that these 5 musicians have a passion for what they do...which is to enjoy their music making above all.

“The Celtic /bluegrass storm erupts in earnest”.
Denis Schemchenko- Rave Magazine

“ like they are on fire: a veritable carnival all by themselves and you just have to be part of it”.
Marika Bryant- Artshub

“...and that’s why when you dance to the music of the Round Mountain Girls, it feels like it’ll never rain again”.
Sam Fell- Rhythms Magazine

“they play like they own the place, never has a band seemed so comfortable up on a stage”
Sam Fell- Rhythms Magazine

“With not one female in the band, you know straight up that this group doesn't care for any pre-conceived expectations of what you may think or expect... a rich and romantic culmination of instruments... “
David Woodward- Capital News

“Listening to this album does what any recorded release should do, make you want to experience it live”.
David Woodward- Capital News

“ awesome classic blue-grass riot. Foot stompin' fury pulses through...I’m glad that I discovered the Round Mountain Girls.”
Beat Magazine- Melbourne

“RMG...have created an entirely new genre of country music and Tamworth was the richer for it”.
