ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Glass Towers are a symbol of the modern city – the ubiquitous skyscrapers. Cities, as the centre of our lives, deserve to have something ironic said about them. Ironic and goofy. Hence the lyrics.

Appearing like a festering excrescence of commercialism, cities continue to proliferate and grow on our little world. It’s amazing that a peculiar primate that evolved to live in small hunter-gatherer groups is able to pack happily together in such vast conglomerations of people, concrete, glass and advertising. If the listener discovers some resonance in the lyrics feel free to chant along with the music or even to write graffitti on walls and public monuments....even on Glass Towers...
