ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Here's what people have said about Sarah Haddock!

"A talented young keyboard player, Sarah Haddock is one of those superlative performers who leaves you breathless after listening to just one song. Her witty and intelligent lyrics are framed by melody lines which are at once familiar and refreshingly different, all wrapped up in her voluptuous vocal styles. Her songs are vehicles for her incisive commentary on modern relationships... Her strong voice, keyboard talents and thoughtful lyrics are likely to lead her to a national career. Remember that you saw her here first!" -- Amy Tuttle, Folk Music Society of Huntington

"Sarah Haddock...presents an astoundingly mature and brutally honest look at relationships that break all the rules by being more true to life than expected. Reality, what a concept! Give me true love over idyllic love any time. Thanks to Sarah Haddock." -- Gerry Dantone, Island Songwriter Showcase

Great cd. "not gonna wonder", "ride", and "draw you a map" are standouts, but every song on this cd is great. Can't wait until Sarah's next cd. Do yourself a favor and buy this cd!

A Superb Debut Album...
I bought this CD after listening to the sound clips on CD Baby and I certainly wasn't disappointed when I received the full album. Sarah's voice is strong and distinctive. Some excellent song writing and excellent production ably back this up to create a very polished debut CD with a range of musical styles. A definite 5 star rating...

Diverse, excellent writing
Sarah's first offering is a fine example of textbook-good writing. When good song-writing collide with emotional and thoughtful lyrics, this is the result. Favorite cut : Strong As I Am.
