ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Mantra for Meditation is a compilation of extended versions of the mantra on Sat Nishan’s album, “Surrender” produced by Thomas Barquee. All mantra (except Hallelujah) was given by Yogi Bhajan in his teachings of Kundalini Yoga. Chanting mantra assists us in tuning in to a frequency of energy that helps elevate us and increase our vibration. Although chanting along brings the most benefit, simply playing mantra in your surroundings will increase the flow of positive energy wherever you are. Below you will find the mantras and their English translations. Please contact Sat Nishan at www.satnishankaur.com with any questions. Also, you can find out more about Kundalini Yoga at www.3ho.org
