Scottie Miller, a long-time cdbaby artist, submits this sweet little number for our immediate release this 2011 holiday season. Previously released privately on "Christmas Jam" - The Best of the Mid West holiday music compilation via "The Ramblin' Ranch" and Ron Engen. Part of the proceeds from your purchase of this single will be donated back to Ramblin' Ranch in their mission in helping local MN and WI food shelves provide food for those in need.
Scottie Miller Band tours continue around the USA and internationally. Scottie has been the touring keyboardist for Grammy nominated singer-songwriter; Ruthie Foster and the Family Band for the past four years. He is a MN Blues Hall of Fame inductee for his contributions in the blues with his book "Rock Keyboards". He recently completed his 2nd tour of Australia and The Legendary Rhythm and Blues Cruise. Scottie's career and infectious blues/soul piano playing-singing and songwriting are constantly elevating across the globe, from Minneapolis, to Europe and Australia. He currently has five CD's and a new DVD available at cdbaby.
Scottie partners with Tubman. A leading provider of help and services for women and children in crisis, and domestic violence prevention. He will be in concert on December 3rd, 2011 at Loring Theater in Minneapolis, with "Scottie Miller & Friends". Featuring string arrangements by Victor Zupanc (The Children Theater), and violinists from the MN Opera Orchestra. All this infused in to his "Scottie Miller Band" (funk-soul and blues), in an incredible evening of music and fundraising for Tubman.
