Blown away !!
What an amazing album , the writing , the Playing & maybe most important THE SOUND , scott tarulli is an amazing player & on his 3rd cd he really steps up his game , fans of Metheny , Carlton , Lukather all will find something within scott's playing .....Put this in the car stereo & take a long drive ...it's that good , what I love is the fact that in this day & age you can hear real amp & guitar tones when so many are getting lazy using plug-ins & Digital samples ....Nice mastering too which is another lost art , this album sounds great cranked up !! also to note , the backing players on this are great , Tony Levin takes a few tunes on Bass & no need to say how great he is , Jerry Marotta on drums ! Mindi Abair even plays sax on a tune ....Dennis hughes on Keyboards really lays some nice textures .....Give the samples a listen , great stuff !!
